Service Agreement

Our comprehensive gardening services include lawn maintenance, landscaping, planting, pruning, and seasonal clean-ups. We strive to deliver high-quality services tailored to your specific needs.

Scope of Services

• Lawn Maintenance: Mowing, edging, and fertilizing.
• Landscaping: Design, installation, and maintenance of garden structures.
• Planting: Selection and planting of trees, shrubs, and flowers.
• Pruning: Trimming and shaping of plants and trees.
• Seasonal Clean-Ups: Removal of debris and preparation for new seasons.

Payment Terms

Payments are due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept various payment methods including cash, credit cards, and bank transfers.

Pricing

• Standard Services: Priced based on the scope and frequency of work.
• Customized Services: Quoted individually based on specific client requirements.

Late Payments

Late payments may incur a 5% surcharge on the outstanding amount. Continued non-payment may result in suspension of services until the account is settled.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees.

Cancellation by Customer

• No fee for cancellations made within the stipulated time.
• A 10% fee applies for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service.

Cancellation by Company

In rare cases where we must cancel a service, we will provide a full refund or reschedule at your convenience.

Liability and Insurance

We are fully insured and take all necessary precautions to ensure the safety and security of your property. However, we are not liable for any pre-existing damages or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Responsibility for Property

• We will take utmost care to protect your property during service delivery.
• Any accidental damage will be promptly addressed and rectified.

Insurance Coverage

Our insurance covers liability for damages caused directly by our employees during service provision.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to provide access to the property and inform us of any specific requirements or potential hazards.

Access to Property

• Ensure pathways and access points are clear before service delivery.
• Provide any necessary keys or security codes in advance.

Communication

Maintain open communication with our team for scheduling, feedback, and any changes to the agreed services.

Changes to Services

Any modifications or additional services requested after the agreement may incur extra charges based on the extent of the work.

Modifications

• Requests for changes must be made in writing.
• We will provide an updated estimate reflecting the changes.

Additional Services

Special requests beyond our standard offerings will be accommodated subject to availability and additional costs.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with a written notice of 30 days. Termination does not absolve the client from settling any outstanding payments.

Grounds for Termination

• Breach of contract terms by either party.
• Unforeseen circumstances preventing service delivery.

Initiate termination by submitting a written notice. We will confirm receipt and outline the next steps to ensure a smooth conclusion of services.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Gardening Services Lee operates.
